Submitting Your Project for 2008

The 2008 festival will take place October 18-26, 2008. Submissions will begin November 2007.

Submissions are only accepted through Without a Box at www.withoutabox.com. Click on the logo below to submit your entry.

We notify only of acceptances. Official festival selections and award nominees will be notified and announced online on or before September 1, 2008.

Deadlines:

• Submissions Begin - November 1, 2007
• Earlybird Deadline - December 15, 2007
• Regular Deadline - June 30, 2008
• Late Deadline - July 30, 2008
• Without a Box Extended Deadline - August 15, 2008

FEE WAIVERS: The San Fernando Valley International Film Festival is a nonprofit organization. Additionally, the festival does not charge the public to attend screenings, ensuring excellent attendance. For these reasons, we are unable to grant fee waivers.

Please note that ALL submissions must be postmarked no later than August 15, 2008 to be considered for festival selection or competition.
